Purpose of today's blog: To enlighten the world on the truly mind rapturing lethal goodness of the band known as "The Rasmus".

The Band known as The Rasmus released not too long ago, and single titled "In The Shadows" In my opinion it is the best song i have heard in ages. Usher's Yeah was a really good song, thought the tune may have been stolen from somewhere. That is still a very catchy Hip Hop beat.

The Rasmus however is not a Hip Hop band.

DIGRESSION:
Hip Hop bands tend to involve what I like to call the whanau factor. Whanau for those who know nothing of it, refers to the extended family. When a maori somebody recieves an award for the most inane competition conceivable, the whole extended family goes onto the stage to bask in the radiant emptiness of the meaningless trophy being handed out. Now i can only attribute this to what i call the gravitational pull of fat people.

Albert Einstien believed that the universe is like a rubber sheet with objects such as planets resting on it, theese massively heavy objects cause the fabric of time and space to bend thus creating gravity. Now Fat people are quite massive, and if you sat on a sofa, and a fat person sat beside you, you'd slant towards him. This is the gravitational pull of fat people at work. Now if you have a whole mass of fat people, they tend to congregate due to their massive fatness pulling each other closer.

Hip Hop bands have what we call "respect" as well, due to mutual respect, everybody goes onto stage.

Well, yes The Rasmus rules. Their single has incredibly catchy and unique guitar chord change. General American rock is total bullshit. None style whatsoever, just stupid blonde punks whacking a guitar to making chords crash. Finnish rock however, if it is truly represented by The Rasmus. is awesome. The other thing about "In The Shadows" is that the minute amount of electronic sounds added to the mix has the je ne sais quoi which cannot be described. Like adding netmeg to a meat dish to bring out it's flavour. Or having sex with a chick with C cup breasts, that final little bit of additive is just what makes it so special.

Haven't had heaps of time to catch up with old friends, Last night's puppetry of the Penis with Tina went very well. I really like the way guys can sqeeze thier balls till they turn it red and still laugh about it. (yeah right... As a male i feel their pain even though they may not feel it.)

Tina asked me yesterday, "...we have remained the same right?" As other people change. I notice people changing all the time. We all like to hold on to what makes us unique and people love us. Yes i believe we both have changed. The world grinds us down.

I try and live by that. Logan has changed alot from the depressed person he was in the 6th form. I blame hormones for that.

Am I really wiser and kinder more loving and generous as well as and having all my head screws in? I think so. I would like to believe so. So has Tina and so has almost every body else I know.

This has been my first full day at home for almost all the holidays. It is so nice to relax.

Strangely In my opinion, somethings never change, or change and then quickly change back when you least expect it. Stupid feelings.
